摘 要

當(dāng)今社會(huì)進(jìn)入了科技進(jìn)步、經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)快速發(fā)展的新時(shí)代。國(guó)際信息和學(xué)術(shù)交流也不斷加強(qiáng)，計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展和人民生活改善的影響也日益突出，人類的生存和思考方式也產(chǎn)生了變化。傳統(tǒng)智慧黨建管理采取了人工的管理方法，但這種管理方法存在著許多弊端，比如效率低下、安全性低以及信息傳輸?shù)牟粶?zhǔn)確等，同時(shí)由于管理信息系統(tǒng)中會(huì)形成眾多的個(gè)人文檔和信息系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)，通過(guò)人工方法對(duì)智慧黨建信息進(jìn)行集中管理會(huì)形成檢索、更改和維護(hù)等較為麻煩的管理問(wèn)題，同時(shí)由于當(dāng)下人民群眾對(duì)智慧黨建管理的需求也日益高漲，各級(jí)需要繼續(xù)開(kāi)展全新的改革以滿足時(shí)代的需求。根據(jù)此問(wèn)題，研發(fā)一套智慧黨建系統(tǒng)，既能夠大大提高信息的檢索、變更與維護(hù)的工作效率，也能夠方便信息系統(tǒng)的管理運(yùn)用，從而減少信息管理成本，提高效率。

該智慧黨建系統(tǒng)采用B/S架構(gòu),并采用Java語(yǔ)言以及Springboot框架進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā)。本系統(tǒng)主要設(shè)計(jì)并完成了用戶登錄管理過(guò)程、個(gè)人信息修改、對(duì)黨員管理、黨支部管理、黨建要聞管理、黨建地圖管理、黨建學(xué)習(xí)管理、學(xué)習(xí)心得管理、黨費(fèi)繳納管理、黨建活動(dòng)管理、活動(dòng)報(bào)名管理、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查管理、問(wèn)卷回答管理、民主投票管理、投票信息管理、試題管理、學(xué)習(xí)測(cè)試管理、系統(tǒng)管理、考試管理等功能進(jìn)行管理。該系統(tǒng)操作簡(jiǎn)單，界面設(shè)計(jì)簡(jiǎn)單，不僅能基本滿足目前智慧黨建管理的日常管理工作，而且能有效降低人員成本和時(shí)間成本，為智慧黨建管理工作提供方便。

The way of human existence and thinking has also changed. The traditional wisdom party construction management adopts the manual management method, but this management method has many drawbacks, such as low efficiency, low security and inaccurate information transmission, and at the same time because the management information system will form a large number of personal documents and information system data, The centralized management of intelligent party building information through manual methods will lead to troublesome management problems such as retrieval, modification and maintenance. Meanwhile, as the demand of the people for intelligent Party building management is also increasing, all levels need to continue to carry out brand new reforms to meet the needs of The Times. According to this problem, the development of a set of intelligent party building system can not only greatly improve the efficiency of information retrieval, change and maintenance, but also facilitate the management and application of information system, so as to reduce the cost of information management and improve efficiency.

The intelligent party building system adopts B/S architecture, Java language and Springboot framework for development.
